Money Transfer from Taiwan

I thought perhaps you might know the answer to this question.  My daughter is working in Taiwan and needs to convert some Taiwan Dollars to USD and then somehow transfer it to the US.  What is the best way to do this....from both an exchange rate perspective and transfer perspective??

Sorry, I'm not sure.

I only move money from the US to Taiwan, and find that just using an ATM from my US bank account works well enough.

I'm curious what the answer might be though if you find a good solution?
