Any advice for expats leasing a car in England? We're an active retired couple relocating from the U.S. to the mid-lands for the next one to three years and will need to get a car but want to retain some flexibility since we're not sure how long we'll be staying. We've typically bought used cars and driven them for ten years so have no experience with leasing. Are there unique challenges for expats when leasing? Do leases there often have early termination fees that might be an issue?
Maybe we should just do what we typically do and buy a used car and sell it whenever we leave.
