credit card hack

Hi,

If you are a expat, how to do the credit card hacking ?  Does chase deliver credit card to overseas address?  Is this credit card hacking even possible?

Keep a US address

People often use a friend or relative's address.

For awhile we "lived" in a friend's basement. Then I started using Traveling Mailbox
